{"product_id":"anabasis-by-cy-twombly-poster","title":"Anabasis by Cy Twombly - Poster","description":"A Greek word for a march inland gives Anabasis its name. Xenophon recorded the most famous one, Greek soldiers a long way from home. Cy Twombly built whole pictures from scrawl and written words, and the portrait format pulls the eye downward instead of across.\n\nThe poster comes matte and uncoated on natural white paper. That flat finish suits calligraphic marks. Pencil greys and thin lines stay soft on it, and there is no shine to block them when a lamp hits the wall.\n\nTry it in a hallway, hung at face height, where you pass close twice a day. From two steps back it reads as one long sweep. Step nearer and the pencil shows through.","brand":"CY","offers":[{"title":"40x60 cm \/ 16x24″","offer_id":50601230106843,"sku":"ade55277-5430-4cea-9c10-b42371746ad3","price":138.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"60x90 cm \/ 24x36″","offer_id":50601230139611,"sku":"b246ddc1-70e9-4276-b970-9a076f9a2f39","price":199.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0854\/4790\/1403\/files\/7b7ab0da-e2be-40ae-ac05-0a5106a74101.jpg?v=1791500883","url":"https:\/\/cytwomblypaintings.com\/products\/anabasis-by-cy-twombly-poster","provider":"CY","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
